Archer, the program has been really good so far. I am in Block 3 as I stated and my typical weekly schedule is crazy. Mon - Work 06:30 - 16:00, Pharm Class 17:30 - 21:00 Tues - Work 06:30 - 16:00, Study 17:00 - 21:00 Wed - Work 06:30 - 16:00, Nursing Process class from 17:30 - 21:00. Thurs - Work 06:30 - 16:00, Study 17:00 - 21:00 Fri - Work 06:30 - 16:00, pick PT and do careplan until about 23:00 Sat - Clinicals 06:45 - 17:15. Then relax and do nothing the rest of the night. Sun - go for morning motorcycle ride then hit the books to be ready for inevitable exam or quiz on Mon. My best advice to you would be to be dilligent about studying, don't fall behind, and work in study groups. (It seems to help when you study in groups.) Clinicals and school are what you make of them. If you whine and complain with the rest of the group, you will not have much fun. But if you go in with the attitude of wanting to learn and experience as much as possible, you will have a great time and most likely become a great nurse!
