I would say with traffic about an 1hr maybe alittle more.

I am born and raised in AZ but always lived on the Eastside of town, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert. I am not to familar with schools around Phoenix so I can't help in that aspect of things. I can tell you a drive from Mesa or North Chandler would be about the same distance to the school from Avondale maybe even alittle closer. The community around the school is not that great and over the years it has gotten worse. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply Rhonda! I will be turning in all my stuff this spring in hopes of getting in spring 2010. What I like about CAC is they give the first seats in the class to Pinal County residents, and I don't live that far from the nursing campus.

For those of you in the CAC program how are the teachers and the learning enviroment, I heard the teachers were not very good from a friend.

I will get my stuff together and send it over in the mean time I will call them to ask a few questions. Keep us posted on the credit and cost thing.

I am interested in the 09 start date. I have all my pre-reqs done to get into the community colleges but they are telling me a 3-4 semester wait and I would rather start earlier and get my BSN. Hopefully somebody that got in will chime in and help us out. If they will not take my credits I guess I will have to wait. Thanks for the quick response!

I am curious about this school also. So they do take community college credits right? Beacuse I will not pay for all those classes again. Also what was the final cost of the program for those of you that got excepted?
