  1. Thank you Acosmo27 and ilstu99 for the advice. Most of the people I talk to about it say to just try again in about ten years or so. I will try and study non stop and look at my NCLEX book. I still have to reapply and get in. Well I'll let you two know what happens but I'm still worried about not even passing the TEAS test to get back in. Thank you guys alot for responding, I felt I needed some other people's advice that had some experience in nursing school. Do either of you have ADD? If so, how did you study?
  2. Bree124 you are so wonderful for knowing that website............
  3. Hi everyone, I am brand new to allnurses.com and I hope someone can give me some advice. In the summer of 2007 I started my senior year of RN school and I withdrew from CC and when I withdrew it was considered a withdraw fail then in my next semster (Peds) I had testing done to see if I had ADD and by the time I started on meds, I had 1 week left in Peds and I ended up failing by half a point. So I got dismissed because if you fail two classes you are dismissed. CC and Peds were each 6 credits each so you can imagine what my GPA was at that point. So I was dismissed last August and it was to late to start take general ed. classes to get my GPA up. The school did say if I got my GPA up that I could reapply. So I have taken two classes and my GPA should be up to their standards. But if I reapply and am accepted I will not start until Jan. of 2009. I am so scared that when and if I go back that I will have retained the info. that is needed to go straight back into my senior year of RN school. Suggestions??? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1:cry:
  4. If you finished after 75 questions that is a good sign. The more questions you get wrong the more questions you get. So if it shut you down after 75 questions you're good.
  5. Bon Secours is still open and accepting applications for the fall semseter until October 1st. The program is ok but as long as you know you wil be receiving a diplomia and not a degree. I don't know how hard other nursing schools are but bon secours is hard. I am a former student of bon secours and im trying to get back in.
