Chilton memorial hospital, nj
Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone can share any information they had on this hospital.. When I graduate - I am looking forward to working (Nights, Weekends, Full Time) I would like the Pediatric Unit.. But whatever opening will do at the time.. I was wondering what the salary was like, what the staff was like, benefits, school reimbursement, etc. Other than the information given on the website.. Any and all information would be great.!

Name the hospital and its Starting Salary!!!
IN one of your reply posts you mention Lenox Hill Hospital & I was wondering what their shifts where like if you had known.. (ie. 2-3 nights 12 hour shifts *that's what I am primarily looking to do "weekend / graveyard shifts" when I graduate) Do you have a recommendation of recruiters? And How is the atmosphere here at this hospital if you know?:

Anyone else wating on their results from BCC'S Nursing Entrance Exam?
point taken. thanks..

Do friends outside of nursing school give you a hard time?
haha, I hear you on this one... My husband says he'll never say no to me and he'll support whatever I decide (regarding school), but the mommy in-law is getting HIGHLY impatient (because she wants me to have kids like yesterday), so I don't have children yet, but am asked literally everyday, and what the hold up is... Its frustrating, thank god, we live 45 min away from the hubb bubb...!

Anyone else wating on their results from BCC'S Nursing Entrance Exam?
Thanks this has been so helpful. I've gotten my books for my pre-req's and I plan on giving them a good look through this weekend before classes start since the Professor had time to email the students his Syllabus and Lecture Notes. How exciting.. Ohhh Jjlaman - sorry but I "over-read" (over heard) lol - your conversation about the DvD's that you have.. Would you be so kind as to share them with me as well. I can get you recordable DVD's if you'd like and I'd be more than happy to share them along with my fellow students, if that helps you out as well.. It's the greatest feeling, to come into a room and have that knowlege of preparation! YAY

Heyy DaddyO I know from previous posts you were waiting to hear from BCC - it's so great that you got in!!! How was the test in your opinion any key points I should know about to prepare myself come Oct. 09 :) I know someone had said if you know basic algebra you should be fine.. I am taking a coorifice this semester in Algebra B so Hopefully that will help as well. How difficult was the English Section (and was there any Science?)
