Scripps New Grad Program
There's a phone number at the bottom of the new grad program info page. That might be your best bet.

Scripps New Grad Program
Does everyone's status still say "submission received" or something else? I know past applicants got moved forward to interviews even though their status never said "under review" but I'm curious :) also, i saw a Facebook post in a new grad RN group that said we would start to hear back Monday.

Scripps New Grad Program
I didn't ask her when we would hear back...but yes, it looks like people started getting notifications for interviews after only a day or two. I am a CA resident and licensed in CA but working as an RN in Arizona, where I went to nursing school. I would love to work for Scripps. I only attached a resume....

Scripps New Grad Program
I applied at 12 noon and was the 320ish applicant. By 4:15 pm, there were 515 applicants when I talked to the recruiter on the phone. She said they really only look at the first few hundred. I am mad because I was all set to apply at 8am but some things came up and I wasn't at a computer. I asked how many they were hiring and she said she didn't know.

VA Palo Alto New Grad 2013 Fall Program
alright, silly question...did you all print out, sign in ink, then scan and upload the two required forms (OF-306 and 10-2850a)?

GPA for an accelerated BSN?
Question: Do all accelerated BSN programs have a min GPA of 3.0? My undergrad GPA was a 2.85, but my GPA of the prerequisites is a 3.5. I was unfocused early in my undergrad career and my school was pretty competitive, plus I was busy with athletics (excuses, I know, but I can handle grad school if I know what I want to do). Do BSN programs look at something other than GPA when applying that I could use to help me? Second question: When applying for a Masters in Nursing, can you use your accelerated BSN GPA to get in? Basically, Im hoping to get into an accelerated BSN program and then go to grad school to become an NP, but I don't think my undergrad GPA will cut it. Thank you all so much, I am so glad I found this forum-it has really helped me.

Path to Nurse Practitioner... input please!
I just graduated from college and have decided that I want to pursue a career in nursing. I would like to become a nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Public Health. My bachelor’s degree was not in nursing, so would I need another bachelors, this one in nursing, to eventually become an NP? If so, what is the fastest track to a BSN? Or would an Associates be okay?
