  1. i have found that studying with a small, focused group of people helps. Sometimes if you dont understand something and they do, they can explain it in a way that makes it click for you. Also I agree that you really should start studying a little earlier...dont get me wrong i can be easily swayed from studying..but you just have to make yourself. maybe if you try to break it down, i have started doing one topic per day, keep looking at that one topic until you understand it, then the next day move on to the next. also, ask the teachers for help..if they are anything like mine they are MORE than willing to help you out...that is why they chose that profession. I hope this will help a little. I wish you all the luck!
  2. smartferret thank you so much! it is very comforting to hear someone that has just gone through! is it everything you thought it would be so far? i cant wait to start ...this has been a long time in the waiting for me!
  3. well i am meeting with my advisor next wednesday. she said that i would go do my fingerprints after i meet with her. i think that she will give me everything for the background check and drug screen.....do you have your date for advising? who is your advisor going to be? they should have sent you a letter telling you to call and make an appointment. Did you get that yet?
  4. Hi all, I am set to start Charity School of Nursing in January 2009. Anyone currently enrolled? What should I have for the first day of classes that they might not tell you in orientation? I am going to do all of my finger prints and back ground checks next week, how long should I plan to be doing all of this....is one day enough?
