Trouble with getting a job
congrats on your job, I have become what some might call a stalker with calling HR's and hospitals. I did finally get a job doing clinically drug trials but its slow when you have to wait on the patient referrels. The good thing is that I get CEU's for every drug I train on which is very cool. I am going to a staffing agency this Friday so hopefully they can find me something more steady. I guess we all have to hang in there because of the economy. The good thing is I have been bartending on and off since high school and I still have my shifts for the time being.

I meant any area of nursing because post asked me what area I was interested in. I have already called hospitals, are you familiar with philadelphia hospitals?

North Philly
I had clinical at GMC in nursing school I also volunteered at the Ridge Center doing health assessments. I agree with the problem of patient care but as far as I know I thought they were looking for new nurses. Good luck!

Trouble with getting a job
I got my license in November and have been looking for a job ever since, I know it's an awful time to look for a job in general but this is ridiculous. Anyone else having a hard time?

NCLEX tutor
Hello everyone I am new to the site, I just graduated in May from school. I took the boards in July and failed it was awful. Still unsure about how I failed because I did very well in school and passed the exit HESI, took Kaplan and did questions until my eyes bled, does anyone know of a tutor in the PA/NJ area by any chance?
