  2. Hi guys, I PASSED!!! I found out this morning. I'm ecstatic I can't seem to explain what I'm feeling right now. I'm really happy now I can start planning for a family. Good luck to all who just took it and future test takers
  3. yes, I know what you mean after 150 questions I kept telling myself I can't do this anymore and they kept throwing me more questions. I literally was about to cry because I was already at 200 and half an hour left but I made it. I can't still believe it that I actually pass I really thought that I failed. goody luck to you going out really works I stayed out of the house.
  4. After 226 questions and I ran out of time I PASSED!!!!!! I can't seem to believe it. Here's what I did to study: 1. Suzannes 1st tip 2. NCSBN only used their questions 3. Mosby's Pharmacology The day before the test all I did was to relax my mine and I also went to the beach to get some fresh air into my system. A week before the test all I did was do many questions I probably did about 200 a day.
  5. I thought it would be around 3 am that's what I saw from previous I've saw. Well I'll still check at midnight almost 30 mins till we find out our future.
  6. LVdreamer I'm at CA and in the same boat as you waiting for the the result maybe tomorrow morning it should be up. I'm also nervous to find out my result...crossing my fingers for the both of us. SoonMomToBe hang in there you can do it...you know what they say 3 times is a charm.
  7. I feel the same way too...I took my test on 10/21 stopped at 226 but I ran out of time. I got out of that test center feeling like a failure. I got 3 SATA and no math but a lot of prioritizations, follow up, and which one would you question. They kept on throwing med questions at me I thought to myself please stop please stop I can't take this anymore I was about to run out of there. I knew the meds but the options are not there. Well, good luck to all of us who just took it.
  8. I'm just trying to get out there and not think too much about this test...I'll go crazy. I just tell myself if I don't pass then take it again. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way but I'm trying my best to recuperate what just happen yesterday. I'm crossing my fingers.
  9. I'm really scared about my test I think I failed. When I got out of there I felt like I just want to drop down and cry. I feel horrible and very depress. They kept throwing me all questions that was very hard and meds are unbelievable. I knew all the meds but not in the options. I only had 3 SATA and no math. I stopped at 226 got all the questions that I can possibly think of. They tested me on everything. I really need to pass this test so I can help out.
  10. Hi mischaRN congratulations I also need to take mines for the 2nd time and I would like to know how long did you study and how did you do it the second time around? you mentioned that you used Saunders and Suzanne's 1st tip I'm only studying from the Suander's, LippinCott, and P&D. I might also purchase the reveiw from NCSBN. Hope to hear from you soon.
  11. Did you mean NCLEX 3500? if so, I've heard good reviews and I'm actually going to use the questions and I also have the P&D too. There's a free online access to the NCLEX 3500 but it doesn't work. I hope someone out there can give out the correct website.
  12. Thank you so much sophisticated49 and USF graudate for this information this really helps me a lot in figuring out my next move. I too did memorize the 1st time and now I really need to learn it. I would like to know how long did you study for the 2nd test? I was planning on studying for 5 weeks monday-friday for at least 5-6 hours a day and weekends off. I also picked out LippinCott and still deciding if I should sign up for the Learning Extension (NCSBN) I heard good reviews about this online questions and review of contents. My main book will be the Saunders.
  13. I am preparing for my second attempt and I would like to know how you studied? Please share your thoughts and suggestions to pass the 2nd time around. I already have the Saunders 4th edition and planning on buying more books to help me prepare. I used Kaplan but it didn't really help me.
  14. I have the 4th edition and no I have not finish reading the book yet. I'm actually starting over again because I failed the first time. I did not focus on the Saunders instead, I focus on the Kaplan which was not helpful when I was taking my NCLEX.
  15. Hi I'm a new member and I would like to know what books to buy for the NCLEX review? I am scheduled to take the NCLEX the first week of october and so far I already have Saunders. I read some of the recommended books to buy like the P&D by Linda LaCharity and NCLEX 3500. I also went to the free site of NCLEX 3500 and it doesn't work. I was thinking of Suzanne's plan but it's too late for me to PM her because I'm taking my test first week of october.
