    Hello Everyone, I just moved to Boston about a week and a half ago from Toronto, Canada. I'm currently working for a dialysis company and don't feel that it is doing it for me. I've been applying like crazy for jobs in major hospitals like Tufts, Boston Medical Center, MGH, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Beth Israel but haven't had any luck hearing back from them at all. Any words on how to get into these hospitals? I really want to get into the hospitals for the security and all the good things I've heard about it. I've been nursing for about a year now and have med/surg and hemodialysis experience from Canada. Please help!
