What did you think of the first day?? I feel sorry for the teachers, they are trying to run with it like the rest of us! I thought today was going to be harder thatn it was, and wish we had our books!

I thought the orentation was a waste of time we could have done all of that on our own time! It seems they are really disorganized with us! All I bought this weekend was scrubs and a BP cuff, that tote is silly to me lol! I hope this all gets better!

I work for banner health, and if you are an employee, you get an iterview. I know interview week was comming up so i called and talked to the program director to see when would I get my interview, and the woman was very rude and nasty to me, I do not plan on doing that program, and I only work for banner because its close to home. Just becarful signing away three years of your life to them!

Some hospital's will let you start off on wich ever floor you would like and some others do have restrictions. That is the beauty of clinicals, you can figure out your calling. Most of people i had pre req's with wanted to do l&d and peds. I know what you mean.... I do feel like i'am starting kindergarden again! It's a journy i've been working on forever, andd cant wait, 2 weeks and 6 days away, whos counting?

isnt the background check the fingerprint card? are u sure the shots have to be done by orentation? thats not much time to get everything done! yes i did sign up for the thursday class.

your books are going to be used threw out the four blocks, the first block is when you get most of your books. some of my friends that go to other schools have said the uniform people go to the school and you can purchase them then. does anyone know when the shots have to be done by?

i'am a little of both as well! I am already in the feild and I talk to nursing students from all sorts of school's all the time, I seriously have not heard one bad thing at all about the school and it's program! I definatly want to do ICU, leaning more towards trauma ICU. You will have plenty of clinical time to figure out what you want specilaty you want to do! I just cant wait to be done finally!!!:wink2:
