  1. good luck mandi! ill be rooting for you as well.
  2. i called the office of professions here in ny. they mailed it the 24th. lynn has a point. they wouldnt make you go through all that. im sure they will over look the previous felony. just dont have another one! :x
  3. i did the 1 yr lpn program. it was tough but well worth it. got the quick results through pearsonvue and passed. now im just waiting for my license to practice. i plan to go for 1 yr RN after working. I just hope the rumors of being in the RN program for 1 yr is a bit easier than the LPN program since the LPN covers most of the basic core science of nursing.
  4. damn. that sucks. best of luck to you.. and if you dont pull through this time. use the aggravation to study for the next time. but yeah good luck. we will all be rooting for you.

vicks under the nose works. dont worry about the gagging part. nursing school will desensitize you from all of the icky stuff. if not all then most of it. anyway best of luck to you.
  6. hmm. maybe you should try paying for the results. if you registered through pearsonvue.com you can get the "unofficial results" on the pearsonvue website. there have been no instances where the result was different than the official results. the results from pearsonvue are available 2 days after. it will cost you close to 10 dollars though for results you will get by simply waiting, but it is a good option to have. best of luck!
  7. hybrid program? cool. you must save a lot of gas.
  8. congratulations! i passed my boards on july 18th. still no licensure. ive been waiting for 10 days and it feels like forever. sigh*
