  1. You r so right typo! Yes, I also paid for my words. I got a good grade, but I didn't get the referrals or the work study positions I needed to make ends meet. I wish I hadn't said it but at the time I was almost compelled to say something. Looking back, I guess you have to be able to take alot of garbage from people to be able to make a way in this world.
  2. There used to be a person like that in one of my classes, and I remember being driven to distraction by it, I was so sick of it that one day while the teacher was trying to engage the class in a discussion she called on me and asked me what I would predict in a certain sceneario, and I blurted out I don't know but I can predict what will happen in this class during the next one and a half hours, you will review some information from our reading assingment, and then so and so will raise his hand and ask a ridiculous question that you will attempt to answer and you will keep answering his querries until the class is over.
  3. I am a reg. nurse's aide at a an asisted living home for dd adults. The invironment is disruptive to say the least and at times distractions happen at med times. I have made a mistake about once a month since staring this job, almost every month. And I have terrible anxiety about it. once in awhile I miss a med like in the afternoon or something. Then I also once or twice have given an extra dose of primidone for example, by mistake. Sometimes I have thought the bubble pack was dated for today when it was tomorrows dose, and convinced myself that I need to still give the dose even though I was sure I already had. Should I quit now and go live in the homeless shelter?
