Too tricky isnt it????!!!! like u said, i guess i will just have to do whats most convenient and hope it all works out! i have a newborn baby and my husbands in iraq so i guess at this point i'll just have to deal with what i have in front of me. speaking of which have u heard of any sholarships/loans etc for military spouses? i cant find anything like that anywhere. u think there would be something like that???

I am in Indiana. I finally got smart today and enrolled in the community college for the remaning general studies courses but was told excelsior college (for the nursing part) would be easier so i was going to finish that online. Do u know if those credits transfer? Did you go through the college network??? I have never ben so stressed trying to put my future together thanks to the college etwork. I also just found out that one of the classes i took throuh them i didnt even need and oops....they forget to tell me about 2 others that i needed. oh and not to mention the 895$ enrollment fee into the excelsior program that i was never informed of until now. hell after paying for all this i couldve went to a top notch nursing school seriously

mainly the general studies! microbiology, pub speeking, and its not that i dont understand the material its that they always wanna throw some crazy stuff in on the test that doesnt seem like was even in the text???? also, there are no resources excpet for other books and google! i heard that EC had chat rooms and things. I got smart this morning and applied at a local college for the gen studies though. hopefully i wont have to take the rest of them thru the college network and only have to pick up the EC courses....did you find those much easier to find resources for?? (assuming youve taken them)? thanks for ur reply

so this might be a dumb question but.....i know college network and excelsior r kind of attached and im currently taking college network classes and ready to give up. does it get any better when i get to the ec part???

omg! it is so good to know i am not alone. u r the first person i know that has taken this ridiculous college network bridge and can see that it is total BS! i have been working my ASS OFF and literally getting by by a thread. It is next to impossible and even google cant answer some of the questions i have. I took a freaking public speaking exam today which was complete garbage and im pretty sure i failed the speaking part, so im ready to give up but not sure where i can finish b/c my husbands in the army!????

I am already an LVN and am taking online courses through the college network (which is awful)....Ive now decided that I would like to go onto be a CRNA after my RN and BSN is done of course, but am i going to have to retake all these classes at a regular university??? for instance the microbiology???? Can anyone help? im so stressed! If I am able to take online courses that do count, does anybody know any better accredited courses that dont suck as bad as the college networks do????:confused:
