    Hello, I think it really depends on what state board of nursing you chose when you applied for your exam. As for my case, I passed NCLEX in the state of CA, they only send you a letter notification that you passed. You don't even have a license yet unless you get to the states and apply for your SSN. I'm not sure how it goes with other states. However, i've seen in an application form for reciprocity/ or endorsement under the section wherein the state board of nursing (BON) fills up a portion where they (forwarding) can actually send the receiving state BON your results. like all areas from psych, MS, foundations, OB etc. So I guess, even if CA BON does not send the actual performance rating to the test takers, they may have a record of your test performance.
