I think it would take her 1 more year for her to go to australia, and 3 more years for her to petition me with fiance visa. So while waiting for that I'm already working in NZ which is a nearby country from Australia. what do you think? am I doing the right thing? are there any other countries? Thanks!

Hi guys I'm a Filipino nurse and one of those who already passed the NCLEX and IELTS but because of the immigration status in US I came up with a decision to try New Zealand. My IELTS score is only 6.5 so I need to take the test again. But other than this I need some information on how to work and go to new zealand. And was my decision to chose this country right? Is this the only country left to go to faster? I badly need some advice guys. And also what if I have a gf who is an immigrant to australia, will it help me work in australia if she can already petition me for fiance visa or probably if we get married soon?

i know she might be caught by the immigration, but she said she talked to some lawyers and they said she will have to wait for 60 days to be filed for a working visa. do you know about this? is this true? will it really help if there's going to have an opening for visas this october? (im not sure about this gossip but the lawyers told this to her)...

Hi there! I do have a friend who is now in LA for a vacation, she already passed the NCLEX , IELTS certificate and do have a Visa Screening Certificate. She told me she will be applying for a Working permit or working visa (is these 2 the same). Is this really possible? She just got in LA a month ago, and talked to some lawyers that on October there might be an opening for visas. What can you say about this guys? *she's from the Philippines

hi guys! i just want to ask some help i need some suggestions or opinions on what i'm going to do next. cause im already close to losing hope to work as a nurse in the US. I already passed the NLE, IELTS, NCLEX (state of cali) and fixed my Visa Screening Certificate. And it took me almost 3yrs to get all of these through hardwork and for not giving up on my dreams. So on april 2008 I decided to go here in the US to look for employers who would petition me so I can work as a USRN. But to my amazement no hospital, home care, staffing, nursing homes, name it I check them all if they sponsor international nurses and all I heard is "we are not sponsoring right now due to retrogression" I also tried asking some agencies but it seems like you're the one who should be chasing them and not the other way around. So I'm really in deep thought what to do now... go back to the philippines and try the impossible to get a decent nursing job, try other countries, or stay here and be a TNT (hehe)... please tell me what you think guys... Thanks!
