I have similar degrees. The rule of thumb is always put your gpa if its over 3.0 but employers know that it is on a 4.0 scale so leave the "/4.0" out. A career counselor told me to do this: Current School Name, City, State Bachelor of Science in Nursing, GPA 3.56, anticipated graduation Month, Year 1st Degree School Name, City, State Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, GPA 3.## - Month, Year of Grad Your GPA that you put is the cumulative GPA on your transcript, not the one within your major. You can usually get an unofficial copy from the registrar. Hope this helps!

I am a new grad from the Boston area and I am so frustrated that I cannot get a job anywhere around here. I thought that once I passed my boards it might get easier but apparently there is some sort of hiring freeze. My classmates are having the same problem. The hospital I worked at as an aide in school won't even hire me. So instead of working in rehab or ltc I have been seriously considering moving too. Maybe cali or florida maybe hawaii? I dont know. This wasnt in my plans and I don't really want to move from my family and friends, but I am young with no commitments and am up for an adventure. I dont know if it would be too overwhelming starting a new job in a new career as a new grad in a new place without my usual support system close by... I do know that there are shortages in this country though and people willing to pay sign on bonuses and loan forgiveness. I am just so stressed about the whole situation, I wish someone would have warned me....
