  1. So, have they given you feedback on that "informal refresher"? I think I may be in the same boat because I'm moving after I take my NCLEX and heard that the area I'm moving to is oversaturated. I just get scared about losing skills and knowledge if I don't at least work part time immediately after.
  2. Do they always have a panel asking you questions? Do they ask scenarios?
  3. I didn't do so hot. I studied off of the handouts and I should have focused more on the book. Other than that, I am just now getting into a little routine. I'm not in any of yr classes, but maybe we can set up a little study group. I live right here in Fulton. Did you graduate IAHS 2000?
  4. Hey, I am probably in your class. Thanks for the heads up on the microbiology book (from another thread). How are you holding up? I am pretty overwhelmed myself.
  5. I have to purchase all white shoes w/a back (no mules!). I am having trouble finding them on ebay, my usual shoe go to. Any suggestions?
  6. Thanks for the heads up on the Microbiology. I bet you do know my husband. He graduated class of 96 from IAHS. Please let me know if you get the book list anytime soon. We will definitely have to meet up once school starts. I'm not coming to MS until the 1st or 2nd week of August. Really looking forward to meeting you. I don't know anyone else who got into the program either! Mary Ann, thanks for the sweet sentiment! Did you work at NMMC ER? Before getting your RN, I mean.
  7. We definitely will! I don't have any kids, waiting on getting that RN! Do you still have your Microbiology book? Where are you staying while going through the program?
  8. I've only enrolled in the microbiology class so far. I am visiting my husband down in Florida (he's on active duty), but I am going to be living in Fulton. His family is from the area and I am going to be staying with them. Congrats on the scholarship! Have you bought any books, supplies, etc? Or are you waiting until class begins?
  9. Hello! I just got accepted into ICC's program and was wondering if you guys are already registering for classes yet. I'm going to be living in Fulton and I'm pretty excited!
