  1. Learn infection control!! Get a good night sleep, eat, deep breathe and if you don't know the questions try to eliminate the answers you know are wrong and pick you most educated guess. For me i got questions about everything newborn, OB, psych, med-surg, meds, etc. Be confident in what you know and give it your best! Good luck!
  2. hi everyone- Today i got the best news, i finally got my results and passed. I had 75 questions many infection control, priority, meds, med-surg, and some very strange questions. GOod luck to everyone who are waiting for their results, or who will be taking there exam soon. You can do it!!
  3. ahaha!! i would pick it too!! thinking back i actually had several questions which i guess would be called non passing questions like signs and symptoms of disease =/ im freaking myself out
  4. Hi everyone! I just got home from taking my exam and I have the worse headache of my life!! I was a nervous wreck when i was there and the computer shut off at 75!!! was freaking out cause i had no idea what the answer to the last questions was and i still can't recall what the question was. Anyway, I got like 15 SATA, about 8 prioritizing, TONs of meds, TONS of infection control, and just about everything inbetween, newborn, psych, etc. I'm still keeping my fingers cross. GOOD LUCK to everyone !!!
  5. why do you have to change your mg to mcg? is that part of the formula? i know she gave the answer as 3.92 mcg/kg/min but why can't it be mg/kg/min?????
  6. I'm actually freaking out reading how many SATA people are saying they are getting on other threads (20-30). Usually i get one right out of 10. The only strategy that I learn on how to concure the SATA is take one choice at a time and ask yourself if its TRUE or FALSE related to the question. I also took kaplan and these are my scores just so if anyone wants to know if we are on the same boat QT1: 59% QT2: 57% QT3: 48% (wasn't a good day) QT4: 56% QT5: 53% QT6: 64% QT7: 67% readiness test 1: 68% Readiness test 2: 73% I also finished all the Qbank with 62% GOOD LUCK studying everyone!!!
  7. I'm taking my NCLEX RN July 2 and just wanted to post this because I'm home on a Saturday studying at 11pm at night. I wish every luck who is taking the exam!!! I hope all this studying will pay off soon.
