Hey Tassy! Glad to see you joined! I don't think we have to take the TEAS bc at orientation they said that it wouldn't go into effect until next year. I guess we'll have to wait until we get the revised version of that e-mail.

For the UCF program they want you to take the Into to Gen Chem. I took the course at Valencia and it was CHM1025C.

I start nursing school in May and was told that we should not have a job while in the program. It's a full time accelerated program so I will have to quit my job soon. It will be financially straining on me but I do live close to family who will help...

I've decided to stay in state to get my nursing degree. I can't afford out of state tuition right now. It's either UCF, Florida Hospital or Nova for me.

I started my pre-reqs a year ago as well and it feels good to be finished with them! Looking back they did seem to go by fast...

I got my AA from TCC in 05' then went to FSU. I got an art degree though. :)

Congrats!!! It's quite an accomplishment to even to get into nursing school! They're so selective these days! I was told to expect a letter between the end of February and mid March.

I'm not sure but I have head this too. I know there's not one at FL. hospital but the downside is it's more expensive.

That's annoying about the transcript. Valencia is a great school but I really don't want to have to go there for nursing. I took all my nursing pre-reqs there and I just wasn't in love with it. So are you talking about spring 10' for their program? ...
