I am really confused about this Excelsior or ISU thing. If I go through ISU do I have to go through TCN and purcase their material to pass nursing modules. I am LPN and I thought that I could get credit for being LPN and not go through those same classes AGAIN. Anybody who knows, please advise. Thank you.

Thank you for posting this message- it really spoke to me! That is how I feel every day before my shift. I really think that first year of nursing is just so hard and nothing but experience is going to relieve the pain.

Hi you all, I am a new grad and recently began working on sub acure/rehab floor at LTC and discovered that scope of practice is non existent. If I don't find it anywhere how can I refuse certain procedures in order to cover my bases. Any suggestions really appreiated. Thank you!
