  1. RD Congo, I used the learningext.com and saunders NCLEX prep CD. I found the learningext.com most helpful. I used it for about 1 hr per night 3-4 times a week for 2 weeks and then took the test. Hope that helps. :heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeatBinkynco:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat
  2. The night before my NCLEX I sat down with a pad and pen and wrote 100 good qualities about myself to myself! I know it sounds corny but I did and then the next morning I drove to the testing site and after I parked I sat there reading through my good qualities and then went in and took it. It made me remember regardless of how I did on the test I was still all of the things on my list. Try it. Good luck. Christina:nurse:
  3. I thought the min. was 75 and max was 265?
  4. I memorized the saunders version. I had multiple scenarios on the NCLEX with lab values in it and on the blood gases there were one or two that were just barely off but those were easy to figure out since the blood gases dont change from text to text generally. Using the saunders version I did well enough to pass the NCLEX first time around, THANK GOD. Just my experience though. Christina:D
  5. I PASSED THANK GOD!!!! YEAH YEAH YEAH!!! I WAS SOOOO SURE I FAILED EM AND WOULD HAVE TO RETAKE THEM. FIRST TIME AND BOY WAS I NERVOUS. THANKS EVERYONE. CHRISTINA BAILIN, RN, BSN
  6. I had three questions with lab values and NO there was no tab letting me know the normals. I just hurried and jotted down on the dry erase board at the beginning of the test to help me in a brain fart situation.
  7. :bluecry1:oh ok now I am really going to have a very long holiday weekend! Thanks for reassuring me.
  8. I took my NCLEX (Colorado) on Thursday and am still patiently waiting. I just graduated with my BSN and ended up with 185 questions! I know I definately got the last question right before it shut off, but I am sooo nervous. I didnt feel this nervous about my LPN NCLEX am I just nuts? :bugeyes:Unfortunately Monday is a holiday so I think I will be waiting five days for results that should take 2!! Does anyone really think the computer would shut off if I got the question right? Now if I would have missed it I would be like oh yeah I failed, but I know I got it right. Should I panick or celebrate?? What a long holiday weekend huh? Christina :banghead::banghead: :banghead::banghead::banghead: :banghead::banghead: :banghead::banghead:
  9. I took my RN NCLEX on Thursday the 22nd May and because it is a holiday will have to wait until Tuesday to get my results. I walked out feeling the same way you did. Like a failure, but then I began looking up questions and realized I answered some right!! Shocker. But most importantly I answered the last question right. I think that is important anyway. I ended up with 185 questions and am I wrong to think why would it shut off if I got the last question right unless I passed. Help reassure me please!
