Thank you mieke! I just had to confirm because I know someone from a different agency who used the same nbi with her nmc and visa application. My name has a hit in the nbi records, and it takes 2 weeks before I can get my clearance. Tentative date is on march 18. Are you done with your visa application?

Hi mc14! I know the steps for the nmc application can be really overwhelming but don't let it stop you. I'm an ex saudi as well and i'll try my best to answer your q's. 1. Yes, you need to submit a blank RAV, valid cert of good standing from the saudi council (not more than 3 mos old) and a letter of explanation as to why your rav form is blank. Yes, click on additional registration details for you to be able to download the form that you will use for the saudi council. If you look at the barcodes closely you will see that they are all different from each other. So make sure not to interchange the forms. 2. In lieu of the KSA police clearance, you may submit your final exit visa paper (Muqeem) or the exit stamp on your passport. I had mine translated by Lexcode for P1200 per document/page. I just sent them a clear scanned copy of the docs I wished to be translated and they replied to my inquiry within the day. 3. I'm sorry but I don't think I can be of help to you with regards to this. I also started working for my KSA employer April 2013 but was only registered with SCFHS November 2013. However, the references i sent were from my recent local employer. I think it would be best if you email NMC about this matter. They usually reply within 1-3days. Good luck with your application! :)

hi miks! initially, you have to pay for your exams (ielts, cbt), nmc application, tb testing. These will then be reimbursed to you by your agency once you have your visa. while the visa fee will be shouldered by your employer. There are also no salary deductions once you get to UK.

The same thing applies for the visa as well? Haven't applied for a visa yet. TheY misspelled something on my cos and my agency had to check with my employer first.

Hi! Does the NBI clearance need to be not more than 3 months old? The one I currently have was issued Oct 2017, the same clearance I submitted to NMC last Dec. Can I still use it for my visa application or do I have to get a new one?

Mine is valid for 3 months (feb 13-may 14 2018).

Hi guys. Does anyone have any idea if NMC would allow for me not to declare or use my saudi experience in my application? I worked in saudi for 2 years and came home on 2012. I then pursued a non-nursing job for 3 years and started working again as nurse here in PH since last year. So now I have the 12 mos exp that they require. Im thinking of not including my saudi experience so that I wont have to submit the saudi docs to nmc. Would that be possible? TIA.

thank you suzanne! should i just leave that question blank or answer it? it actually has a note under it that says, "You must have either worked as a nurse as stated above or have graduated within the last 5 years in order to qualify to sit for the NCLEX through the State of Vermont." This means that i do qualify right? even if i don't have any experience yet because i graduated 2 years ago. sorry if i ask too many questions, im just really confused and scared that they might reject my application.
