   New RN...working on a med/surg/tele floor. In an intern program and have a preceptor over me. I feel frozen......maybe not feeling confident enough. I dont know. I have the " deer in the headlight" look sometimes. I just feel like i should know more....

   Great advice....thanks so much. I especially want to work on assertiveness and the not feeling guilty when saying no. I feel like printing it out and putting it on my mirror to read every morning! Kelly:grad:
