  1. Gosh hhendu, I'm sorry I didn't see your post sooner, I was on leave for a while, then just waaaaay behind. Don't know how long ago it was you talked to the recruiter, but I can tell you we're shorter than I can ever remember. There are a few openings in the clinics, but the long term care floors are super short. Almost all of the new folks we've gotten leave during or right after orientation. Most of the RNs here now are the old timers, getting ready to retire. I've been here 14 years, and will be gone in a year or so...or at least part-time.
