  1. We really really have to be patient in getting hired here in the Philippines if we target to work in other countries. As for me, I just attend seminars and workshops, even with pay (thanks to my wonderful parents who are willing to pay for it!), to enhance my knowledge and skills more while waiting for my slot in a hospital. We entered this nursing world, then I guess we should just accept the reality. All we have to do is to have patience and perseverance.
  2. I am just curious, what is the difference between master of arts in nursing and master of science in nursing? I've heard that MSN is credited in other countries unlike MAN. What benefits will I get from these two degrees? Can some explain it further? Thank you very much. :)
  3. Can I still be eligible to apply for Sydney even if I dont have a working experience? I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines.
  4. Right. It's really depressing. I just got home because I "hospital-hopped". Unfortunately, all of the hospitals I have been to have no vacancies. I tried to apply in a call center, I am actually on my final interview tomorrow night if ever I pass the call simulation but I am not interested anymore. I don't think it would help me enhance my knowledge and skills as a nurse. I wish the government would do something about this thousands of nurses who can't find their desried job.
