  1. NURSES ARE NOT ALWAYS HAPPY BUT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DO IS IMPORTANT. THEY KNOW AT THE END OF THE DAY A LITTLE GOOD WAS DONE HOPEFULLY. THAT IS NOT TO SAY IT IS SOMETIMES A THANKLESS FRUSTRATING GUTWRENCHING MIND BOGGLING JOB. I DID HEMODIALYSIS FOR 21 YEARS AND REALLY GOT BURNT OUT. RIGHT NOW I OWN AND OPERATE AN ASSISTED LIVING HOME FOR THE AGED. MY HUSBAND THINKS I AM DEPRESSED AND NEED TO GO BACK PART TIME TO REGULAR NURSING.I KNOW SOMETIMES I AM SAD AND FRUSTRATED NOT WITH THE PEOPLE I CARE FOR BUT FOR THE SYSTEMS THAT REGULATE US. WE SEEM TO BE DAMNED NO MATTER WHAT. ENOUGH IS NEVER ENOUGH!
