  1. icechick: I was waitlisted for UIC last year and was ranked at #9. I received an acceptance letter around Sept, so there is still hope. :) (I decided to stay in my home state of Washington, but it's a great school!)
  2. I still haven't gotten my letter yet either. Hopefully tomorrow....
  3. I have been stalking my mailbox and I haven't received anything yet. Has anyone else gotten their letter?
  4. I interviewed for FNP on the 4th. It was with 2 interviewers and lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were pretty standard for the grad nursing program. The grad assistant did tell me that they are interviewing 64 applicants and they can accept 20-25. Good luck!
  5. Has anyone else interviewed for or going to interview for the FNP track at SU?
  6. I got my email this afternoon...so hopefully everyone will hear something soon.
  7. I applied for the FNP track. Interviews are supposed to start this Wednesday, so thanks for the good luck! :)
  8. Seattle U just emailed me an intervew invite, so good luck to the rest of you who are waiting to hear from them!!
  9. I applied to SU also and I still haven't heard anything either. I'm hoping to find out either way by the end of this week, but who knows.....
  10. SU was one of the schools that I applied to, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I heard that interviews could start as early as late January, so I'm hoping I hear something soon.
  11. I will most likely be going to DePaul this fall. Since I'm moving from the West Coast, could any of you current Chicago residents suggest a good nieghborhood to look for an apartment in that is close to DePaul? Thanks!!!
  12. They did tell me and Kate said that there are 48 people that have been waitlisted. I'm really hoping that something opens up. And thanks! I'm keeping my fingers crossed too!
  13. I was waitlisted for Peds, but I'm crossing my fingers that something opens up. Good luck to everyone!
  14. At least if I don't hear anything by tomorrow, I'll know that I can take the weekend off and start worrying again on Monday...:chuckle
  15. I feel the exact same way. I check my email way too much at work hoping I'll see one from UIC. I just want to know one way or the other...:nuke:
