Hey all I just had to share some GREAT news!!! I had 4 job offers today after just having my license for about a week!!! I took 2 of them to help pay off student loans, one is a 6a-2p M-F and the other is a weekend program Sat-Sun from 6a-10p but get paid for 40hrs. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. I start one of them tomorrow morning, wish me luck! I will keep all of you in my prayers!!!

If there is one thing I learned from taking the NCLEX it is that you never know until you get your results. After I took my test I felt awful but I also made a pact with myself that until I got the results I would pack up all my nursing school books and study books and would not look at them again until I got my results. I was sure that I had failed but nobody knows 100%. It took 5 days to get my results and I passed!! I am glad I put those books away and didnt waste time studying what I didnt need to. So pack up your books, pray, and try to stay busy, even if it is just sitting on here posting like I did. I bet you did better than you think you did. I know it is easy for me to say it but its true.

Well yesterday was a bitter sweet day for me, I found out that I passed my NCLEX test!!! Thank you Lord!!! However I went and took it with 5 other classmates and all six of us got our results yesterday and I was the only one who passed.... I felt like dirt for passing. I dont know what to say to the rest of them, I want to be happy but yet it is hard to do when your friends or should I say family after we all went through nursing school together failed. I know they will all pass the next time they take it. It was a real humbbling expirence.

I took the NCLEX on Sunday and just got my results an hour ago and I passed!!! Thank you to everyone on here!!! And most important that the Lord and my instructors who helped me get this far!!! Good luck to all who are waiting!!

I took mine on Sunday and just got my results!!!! I passed thank the lord above. I am so happy I cant explain the feeling. All week I thought for sure that I had failed but I was wrong!!! Thank you all for all your support!!!

Well I just got news that 2 of my classmates that took the test the same day as me have failed, so I feel even worse it is about an hour before my mail gets here. I know I shouldnt let this get me down but now I am so emotional and have pretty good feeling that I also did not do very well. Keep the prayers comming I will let you all know as soon as I get the results.

I took my NCLEX on Sunday and had 20 SATA and a bunch of drugs that I had never heard of as well. My state doesnt do the early results thing so I have to wait for the mail each day. It is driving me crazy!!! I know I felt like an idiot after I left the testing center, and for the first 2 days I was so down and depressed but, I woke up yesterday and said to myself that I put this in Gods hands, it is all over and there is nothing I can do until I get the results. I have tried to keep busy for the most part and I have found myself praying alot. So we will wait and see together. Best of luck and I wil keep you in my prayers.

I took the test on Sunday, I felt prepared and then once I took the test, I felt that I wasnt as prepared as I had thought that I was. I believe that taking the time to study is important but when you get in there the test is a whole other beast. I had 20 SATA questions I also did not feel that the questions were in the same category. I still dont have my results because my state does not participate in the early results program, so I will have to wait a few days to get my results in the mail. I have been sitting around the house feeling down for the past 3 days, but when I woke up this morning I have decided to let that all go. I am done with the test I cant change anything now, if I pass I will be the happiest person in the world, if I dont then I will decide then what my next step will be. But just keep faith in yourself and keep praying. Best of luck!

Congrats, Californianursemanage, as for those who are getting ready to take the test to me it seemed as though nothing really compared to the NCLEX itself, however every little bit of information that you learn can only make you that much more prepared. I really felt like the NCLEX was more about your gut than anything else. Just keep the prayers going and trust in yourself.

Well it is 2 days after I took my test, my state does not do the early results thing so I will have to wait. The first person in our class who took the test passed and it took about 5 days for her to get her results. I am feeling pretty empty right now, I dont know what to do with myself. I am so use to studying or going to class or clinicals and now it is just sit here and wait it is driving me crazy. I cant do anything but sit here and pray. I keep trying to tell myself that it is all done and over and whatever the results are they are already set so stop thinking about it. I just cant get the butterflies out of my stomache. I just dont know how I will tell my family and my friends if I didnt pass, I will feel like I disappointed them somehow. But again I will keep you all updated.
