  1. Living in ft lauderdale fl and its quite expensive- making 28.75/hr. Salaries are low here- been an RN for 16 years. Rent downtown is 1400 a month. Wondering if Houston has more opportunuty,better salary and better cost of living? Want to stay in case management-have CCM certification- work for insurance now. Any input from houston nurseswould be appreciated /would love to hear from fellow case managers as well . I visited Houston for work and stayed int he Galleria area- really liked the area:)

  4. i have been an RN for 12 years, I am going back to school for a certificate in medical informatics from UWF ( its is 4 graduate courses in informatics) with the intention of applying for the masters in informatics after receiving a job in the field. How difficult or easy is the job market for entry level informatics but experienced RN? i have an BA and MA in the field of counseling/guidance as well. thanks!
