Yes. That's the deal. It's actually a fair thing, particularly if you come from a very challenging undergrad program where As are not the norm. Do not transfer any credit for the four core admission classes (101, A&P1, Psych 101 or MAT104) that is lower than flat A.

I actually hope this is true. My worst fear is that the program is light weight and that I will be delivered to the marketplace underprepared. So, thank you!

I don't want to be a jerk, but I don't understand how anyone could have a problem getting A's at BMCC. I had a great Chemistry professor, one who actually made the class challenging (and as a result half of the students dropped), but otherwise, my experience has been that the cirriculum is really basic--even dumbed down--and I worry that I'm not being adequately prepared for the RN exam or for further study.
