No problem, that was a little scary. Glad that you have it all squared away. Reminder to all that financial aid is due by April 1st too. Has anyone heard what our scedules will be for the August Health Assesment course? All that I have seen is that it starts August 4th. I'm trying to book some important events that month...before we are fully overwhelmed with school.

Jazzy29, I received a letter in the mail with a deposit slip to fill out from Stephen Pultz, Director of Admissions. I filled out the info on the slip a mailed it back to USD with a $500 check. The letter says to return this by 5pm on April 1, 2008 and if they do not receive the deposit by this date that they assume you have made other plans and will offer enrollment to another applicant. The $500 is applied to our tuition and they automatically enroll you in your courses. That gives you a week to solve this mystery. I'd call Dr. Hunter or Mr. Pultz.This letter also says to read the material in the Graduate Bulletin and the Hahn School of Nursing MEPN handbook which can be found on the university web site. There might be more information on there as well. I haven't had a chance to look at any of that. Hope this helps.

I sent in my $500 deposit so I am officially going to USD also. :w00t:I love this chat site because right now I have no idea who you are yet in 5 months some of you will be my future study buddies! It's nice to hear from you too NurseJewels, this has been a big decision so it's great to hear such nice things about the program from someone who is currently in it. Hermosa, you're in SF area so this won't sound too strange, I visualized getting an acceptance letter from USD for a year. Even when I doubted myself for mediocre GRE scores or doubted that I was willing to spend so much $ on a program. So when the letter came to me I had visualized being accepted so many times that I already knew I was accepted before I opened the letter. Can't hurt to try that method right? So is anyone planning to commute from LA? To stay in SD half of the week and stay in LA the other half of the week?

I got into USD's Fall '08 cohort also. I think I am going to accept. I am glad to find you guys in here. You're coming from SF? Any past MEPN students in here?
