  1. Hi to all pinoy nurses who wanted to take the uk student program. As registered nurse also in the Philippines and a resident here in Uk. what i can give u as an unsolicited advise for your own sake and for the good of all those who wanted to gamble on their hard earned money just for the sake of coming over here....PLEASE.....listen to suzzane4, she is telling you correctly about this topic...and I knew it very well because i am here right now in central london...my wife is also working here as a nurse at nhs...and what i only need to do for my registration is to get an ielts score of 7. I have a lot of friend nurses and doctors who took the risk of coming here under this student visa scheme,,,but sad to say that the truth is they themselves are feeling bothered everyday about the outcome of their visa status after the program ends. I lived here in UK for almost 3 years,my wife is a UK citizen,,but still i find it hard to land even in an assistant health carer job.... If you are a registered nurse in the Philippines, you better take the risk of going to any other country in this world except in UK...job is hard to find here even to its own residents and nationals ,,,and that is the reality here....hope you will listen to this humble opinion...god bless to all!!
  2. Hi, I passed the June 08 NLE ,can i be allowed to make my initial registration here at PRC Manila when in fact I took and applied the NLE exam in cebu?? Please kindly reply if you have any idea about this matter..thanks!!
  3. Thanks for a quick reply..silverdragon102 :wink2: I mean , i graduated Bsn as my third course already in year 2006 but didnt take the NLE at that time and instead went to UK. T'was only in the last week of March this year that I decided to go back here and take the June 2008 NLE ,and hmmmmm... lucky enough to make it at my first try. My point here is to gainback my confidence and to refresh my mind with basic nursing procedures by attending an skill enhancement training or programs available near my area. Any further suggestions are most welcome and highly appreciated!
  4. Hi to all..I just passed the recent june 2008 Nle...am presently looking for any nursing skill enhancement training centers/ establishments just like NC-Clex , but near Makati area or in global city which is more accessible for me. Please kindly send me any info if anybody knows, so I could start my hands on trainings and refresh my knowledge in basic nursing procedures before i go back to UK. Thanks and more power to all users and staff of this nursing website!!:wink2:
