Got into UNLV masters program with no problem. UOP is an excellent way to get your BSN and is a very challenging program. I recommend it to anyone looking to further their education.

yes, I am a uop graduate and proud of it!!!!! your clinicals are done at the same time as your class. But, like I said before, please do your research before deciding on a university. I had other students in my class taking more than one class as long as you did not have to fullfill a pre-requirement to that class.

Yes, all universities will accept UOP credits. I am planning on going to UNLV for my masters (nurse practitioner) and had no problems. UOP is an accredited institution (The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is the national voice for America's baccalaureate- and higher-degree nursing education programs) http://www.aacn.nche.edu/ContactUs/index.htm and your credits will be accepted. But, before deciding on a university please, please, please do your research.

an excellent program. yes they are expensive but you will have everything you need to earn your bsn. it is an accredited program (the commission on collegiate nursing education (ccne) http://www.aacn.nche.edu/accreditation/ and your credits are transferrable to any university should you choose to further your education. i have found the degree to be very respectable and has never been questioned or seen as a problem. when you do your research you will see many bsn and msn programs have gone to online formats. i plan on attending unlv for nurse practioner and their program is online based. even though uop was expensive i guess i would have used it on gas and fast food travelling to and from campus. one thing though, you must be very disciplined because you will be doing a majority of your studying at home with many distractions. just like any other program you are required to do clinicals and they will check. good luck!!!!!

I found UOP to be an excellent on line college and a great fit to my busy schedule. UOP is expensive but if you do your research UOP is top notch in nursing and is accredited. My employer paid for more than half of my tuition and hopefully your employer has a tuition reimbursement program. As with any investment regardless of education or financial make sure to do your own research as there may be another choice out there that best suits your needs. Good Luck !!!:)
