  9. I want to take an NCLEX exam but i don't know what to do to apply for it. I'm confused because i don't have any experience. I graduated last 2005 in the Philippines and after my graduation I join the missionary and got married. And now my husband keep searching what to do to take the NCLEX here in Texas. My husband found some info in the texas nursing board and it says there that if you don't have any experience after your graduation you need to take a class. Class to refresh. I need your opinion. Is it true? Or if its true where can i get that class at? I am not an RN in Philippines is it ok to take NCLEX here in texas? PLEASE HELP ME.. THank you;)
