   do you think it would be wise to join something like AWHONN while I'm in my last year of BSN nursing school so I could put that on my resume upon graduation/applying? Do they even allow students to join?

   I just finished my nicu clinical too. There were several males in the unit, one of which I had the chance to work with personally. He was very knowledgable and just as equipped to care for the babies as his other female coworkers if not better...and ...
