  1. If any of you happen to be working at a hospital/clinic in the West Palm Beach area...any feedback about your place of work would be great! I'm a med/surg nurse and will be moving to that area this fall and trying to get a feel for good places to work! Thanks!
  2. I will be moving to West Palm Beach, Florida this Fall and would like to work for a hospital/clinic in the area that have either sign on bonuses or a loan repayment plan. I need to pay these loans off! I am a Med/Surg nurse currently. I have heard the VA hospital might offer something like this. If anyone has feedback about the local hospitals and their repayment programs, any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

  4. Nursing school tips: 1. Get things done as soon as you can don't procrastinate. 2. Find some study buddies and get together for group study sessions! 3. Invest in a time planner and write everything down, when assignments are due, meetings, clinicals, etc...it frees your brain up so you don't have to constantly think about it. You have it on paper! 4. Eat right and exercise. 5. Balance your life and go have some fun. You can't study all the time. Do something fun to recharge! 5. If you start to feel overwhelmed with homework, clinicals, etc...focus on just ONE thing you can do now. You will do great! Just take it one day at a time and enjoy because it ends all to soon and you will miss the good times of nursing school!
