it is all about concentration. i usually sit on the front so there is no distraction and all ur attention is on the teacher. You can hear her clearly and her emphasizing of important concepts. I usually just write what is important off course you could get that if you read the book ahead of time. then i rewrite that the next day to make sense of it. hope this helps. good luck.

i tried several reducing formulas to decrease my appetite. then i got into this c-fiber powders that makes you eat less gradually. u just got to drink water from time to time coz everytime you have fiber in your body u need water to get rid of it. c for urself.

it depends on your experience because America has a lot of competetive nurses especially in doing therapeutic communication. everybody here in the US is treated the same, it just depends on how good you are in caring for the patients and your NCLEX counts too off course
