Thank you for the responses, but can anyone get a little more specific?? How much for new grad nurses in the ED with an associates in the Philly area? For example how much does Einsten pay? Jefferson?? CHOP??? PeNN etc.... The numbers that I get from monster.com for the area compared to the responses on the website vary. Thank YOU

I was wondering what is the starting salary for a new RN with a ADN in Nursing but a Masters in another healthcare field. PA is low compared to other parts of the country. I would like an idea before I negoitate.

I would prefer large hospital in fast paced setting with good money!!!!!! Einsten called me after I submitted my resume and i have an interview, howver I do not want to liimit my options being that I am not familiar with the area. Thanks for the responses How much can new grads expect o get???

Hey all!! I am moving to PA from CA and need help figuring out which hopsitals to work for, I am interested in the ED dept and just graduated?? Can anyone tell me which ones have a new grad program?? I have and ASN but hold a masters in another field, is there a nursing ratio?? Thank you
