  1. I start Libery University's Online RN to BSN program on Monday. Hs anyone gone through this program?
  2. I graduated from my LPN program and went on immediately for my associates degree. I received my associates degree 27 years ago and have started 3 different BSN programs since. I am now in the process of enrolling in hopefully my last BSN program. I tried twice to go on for my BSN before the ease of online education but my schedules conflicted. I have been interested in a few jobs that I could not apply for without a BSN. I plan to be with the same company for the rest of my career and plan to get my BSN for further advancement.
  3. I read online that University of Wyoming lists under Required Elective\Graduation Courses, US and Wyoming Constitution. Do you know if you have to take it or can you choose another course. It is not that I have any thing against it but I was hoping to transfer as many credits as possible from other colleges.
  4. :idea:Thanks for the info. I hadn't thought about the "diploma mill" aspect. I had thought about Excelsior in the past but one of my friends who came up from Virginia for the clinical, failed it. I was concerned about the amount of money it would cost if I failed it and had to retake it. I also knew someone else that passed it but they suggested a review course for it first. Do you or anyone know about review courses for the clinical portion?
  5. I am looking at Thomas Edison, Liberty, and Florida Hospital College for my online RN to BSN program. Has anyone been told that their science courses are to old? I took my sciences in the 70's. And does anyone know what the practicum/clinicals are like? I was told by Liberty that the only clinical was a health assessment observed by a BSN or higher but this was not from the nursing department. Also do you need to have all your general education classes completed before applying to the programs? I was told by one of the schools that I should have already had chemistry with a lab but my LPN and Associates programs did not reguire it at the time?
