  1. Aloha Nikki Check the Hawaii State Department of Health website. Link is below. http://hawaii.gov/health/statistics/ There is an enormous amount of info related to specific groups(Hawaiians) and the population in the islands in general. Some really good stuff. What part of Illinois? I grew up in Chicago, moved out here about 11 years ago...keep forgetting to move back :) Good luck with your paper. Let me know if your looking for anything specific. Brian
