    Hello suzanne, I am F1 student currently working at the hospital as RN during my OPT. My question is there any advantage of filing I 140 ? If retrogression is not resolved by the time my OPT ends, am I able to go back to school as an F1 or not ? I have ADN degree from US. Will I be able to do my BSN after I file I 140 and after my OPT ends ?
