  1. It is exactly like TCN actually, I think just a little cheaper. Does it really take that long to complete a course? Or were there other things that got in the way of your first course? I'm hoping to do all of my prereqs in a month, and then the nursing concepts in about six weeks each. RUE recommends that that is how you do them, and also I only need three prereqs.
  2. Hey there, that's great that you are also in Ethics, maybe we can keep in touch. RUE is a publishing company that basicly does all of the research for you and provides you the learning materials - such as books, study guides, post tests, etc. It pretty much just does the research for you so that you don't have to read the entire book. It's the more expensive way to go through EC but I don't really have the time so I think it's worth it. You can find out more about it at Rueed.com. They publish all of the study material, and then once you pass the exams it transfers over to EC. I was looking at some websites that RUE sent to me about Ethics today and I thought, oh my this is more in depth than I thought. I was thinking it would be more like common sense kind of stuff, but it was a lot more indepth than that. I'm glad there's someone going through this course with me, as this is my first course.
  3. I just began the process fo getting my RN. I work full time and have a toddler so I am going to use RUE to help me obtain my goal in this. I have ordered my first "course" of Ethics and should receive it in about a week to two weeks. Now, I'm getting nervous though and wanted to ask a few questions. Has anyone taken this course and exam? Is it difficult or pretty much common sense? Is it pretty much ethics as related to healthcare or more in depth than that? Thanks, any and all input on this topic is greatly appreciated.
  4. I just decided to get my RN through this method. I work full time and also have a toddler, so I decided to go through RUE study modules. I should get my first course, Ethics, in about a week and a half.
