  1. I am having a tremendous problem with students asking "Are you going to post the slides?" I've taught before, but I don't remember students asking for notes/slides before class. I don't like ppt presentations...I get bored, too. And I think straight lecture is too passive. I understand these students learn in different ways from students that I had 5 years ago. It's just so frustrating!! How do you "reach" this student?
  2. My unit has been using schedulewise for about 2 mths & we are having difficulty adjusting to it. It seems like shift change lasts all day & it leaves little if any time for other responsibilities--care plans, comprehensive assessments, etc. I know that change is always hard; I'm just wondering how other clinics adjusted to it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
