I am doing a care plan on a post partum patient who had a c-section. What would be the most important nursing dx? Risk for infection? or more along the lines of bleeding? I already have a dx of Risk for impaired maternal infant attachment ( she had some issues with not wanting to feed the baby etc) My instuctor said there was another important one in reference to C-sections that would be included. I thought of what I assessed for which was watching vitals, checking for bleeding etc.
