I tried to do the PV trick but I couldn't go pass the yes/no question because is some problem with my programm code. Any way I heard we could call and get our result in 48 hrs. I guess all my answers. Hope I had passed but if not than I am gonna try agian. Thankyou very much once again. I couldn't call my sister till now. I don't have enough strength to talk to her. I will try to do that very soon.

Today i gave my nclex exam. I could not think properly during the exam because yesterday I had a very bad news. I heard that my sister's baby was dead due to the negligence of the operating doctor. The baby was hurt during the caeserean section and he died. I don't know how to console my sister although I am a nurse. Its killing me from inside. I am feeling like my baby had died. I don't know how I spend those one and a half hour in the exam centre. I will get my result in probably two days. And I am gonna see how I had done the exam.

Before I thought I'm not suppose to spend too much time in answering a question because I read somewhere that Nclex test our ablilty to respose immediately to an emmergency situation too. And I was doing the qbank in test mode that doesn't give enough time to go through all the answer choices in depth. Your information is really helpfull for me and others facing Nclex for the first time.

Thankyou for your response. Most of the time I understand what the question is asking about. But sometime I couldn't choose between two obivous answers. I am studying in my pace from the beginning, only 50 from kaplan qbank and 75 from saunders and reviewing the content that I don't understand inbetween. I am a slow learner. I am gonna give the test in the scheduled time. Hoping for the best.

Hi, silverdragon. I am getting very low results in qbank from 42 to 48 never above high 40s. I have my exam in two weeks. I don't want to postphone my exam. I am not feeling enough confident . Is there any slightest chance that I could pass the exam?

Finally got my ATT today, 5 minutes after calling the NY BON. The Pearson told me that I had to give my approval to NY BON. Don't have any idea.. So I called the BON and was told that they would make me eligible for Nclex. And I got the ATT immediately by mail . Though I don't think we needed to wait 4 weeks deadline of pearson. Feeling bad for loosing that 4 weeks cause I couldn't concentrate in study . I regret of not calling the BON soon after registration with Pearson. Anyway, now I could study well.

I registered at Pearson on 0ct 9 and called them after 3 weeks but, was told I need to wait at least 4 weeks then call.If it doesn't come today I'm going to call them again. I am also an International student. I heard it takes more for us to get ATT. Just wondering, do I have to apply for ATT to BON of Newyork? cause I already did CVS from BON a year ago and they send me a letter saying I could take the Nclex...

It has been almost 4 weeks since I applied for ATT and still hasn't got it.Hope it will come soon before I too frustrated.

I came to hear from a friend that there are some Universities in USA which give credit hour of 140 (more or less)for those who had already done nursing course in their country. Are there any Universities who can give credit hour to me for my three years studies? If I do the CES,will it be helpful for a foreign nurse like me?

Thanks Silver dragon, I am so sorry that I don't make myself clear in the previous thread.Currently I'm studying BSC nursing in USA.It is only 2 months since I started my BSC program here.Lots of my friends from my home country(Nepal) had successfully given Nclex exam and they are now working as a RN in US.But they had prior job experiences. So I am confused:uhoh3: whether I should go through all the process of cgfns and nclex or continue studying.After reading the thread in the thread you suggested I came to know that different BON have different policy.Do I need to ask the BON itself

Hi to all, I am a registered nurse of Nepal.I passed my 3 years Diploma course in nursing in the year 2007.So I don't have any job experience.Do I need job experience to give Nclex exam for colorado board of nursing and minnesota board of nursing?Waiting for your reply. Thanks.
