I dont remember if I had to do the extra step in CNA class but free videos on top tell you should find the estimated systolic pressure first before taking actual real blood pressure. Did you ladies/gents do that or did you skipped it? Did you get points off for not doing it or is it not required? just wondering?!?!

After 5 years haven taken the CNA course, I now decided to apply for my certification and work as a CNA. I have a book and I have been watching the free videos and have practice all things I need to practice but I cant find myself even applying yet because I feel I'm going to fail the skills test. Any advice, you CNA can give me. I know I could do this but I get nervous alot around testing time around people I dont know. I know I know this stuff in back of my hands but what if I fail. I will feel like I have let everyone down. ughh... can you help me rebuild my self-esteem, I guess. TIA Melissa

I dont know, if you have never been a CNA before its kind of hard to do it from online. I would take the class because you dont want to miss anything important.

Take a deep breath and relax. Bad days happen to alot. Never put yourself down, of course you can do it if you put your mind into and if you like this career. Stay positive!

Hi, I am new here and I took the CNA class in 5 yrs ago and now Im taking the exam and finally get to put it to good use. Anyways, I dont want to go back to any class because I dont feel I need to plus with the free videos on top of this forum, I feel confident enough but I wanted to ask you ladies/gents what book would you recommend me to go over and restudy. I dont have a textbook anymore so I would like to get one. Thanks all the help would be gladly appreciated!
