Looks like I got bumped out...RN refresher courses are available through Clinical Solutions and Kane. I am getting reading to take some from both companies. They both offer courses all over the country and are accreditated. I was out of service getting my MSN and need to refresh my clinical skills. Good luck Taylor

I am also in an MSN program. I am focusing on a speciality in education. I work in long term care which is the type of population that I prefer to work with. I am planning on taking the national exam in geriatrics which will provide me with credentials in the area I want to focus in.
