    has anyone else applied for this scholarship? or has anyone already received this scholarship? I sent my application in for this year but my efc is over 16k, i was just wondering what my chances might be to receive something. i wouldn't have applied for it if i didn't need it so bad. there's no way we can pay 16 k, i have 4 kids and our financial situation has changed tremendously (husband lost job). any info you might have would be great!! thanks
