  1. I'am confused. when you are a foreign BSN graduate and then took the nclex-rn in the U.S. and passed, is this mean that you are not only an RN but also a BSN title? please advice. thanks
  2. HI. Anyone out there who can help me give a salary range as a nursing staff developer. i am currently an LPN and was offered DSD position. I dont know if the job is worth it. I get a lot of overtime working as an LPN but i dont know if swithing to monday to friday job position will still give a good salary. How can u guys describe working as a staff deveopler. Is it hard or easy, is it more responsibility? Should i just turn down the offer, or accept? honestly i am scared and want to get feedbacks from the those who's in that position. Please help me decide. Thanks in advance:o
  3. I'm not sure if you already know this. They usually give us a board or a sheet of paper to write on to do our calculations, etc. After you seat, before starting the exam, try to write everything you need to know especially the lab values on the the board. That way, they're all out of you mind now, just have to look at board and compare with the correct answer when you need it. This really helped me alot during the exam. I hope it helps. GOODLUCK!
