  1. Hold out for your results....don't make any assumptions! I should start a 698 Club (It took me 3 times to pass NCLEX and that is how many total questions I've had to answer to attain my RN)...the last test I took, I answered 226 questions AND TIME RAN OUT! In that certain scenario, they take the last 60 questions and determine if you are "worthy". I have had friends take the NCLEX and still pass with 265 questions answered. Perhaps they do the same thing as with me (look at the last 60 questions etc etc) This is for sure...people HAVE passed with 265....you have to hang your hat on this fact and keep hope alive during this "limbo stage"...if you don't pass, keep going....it WILL happen.
